International NGOs and Projects

Intercooperation has developed a partnership with CARE Bangladesh to implement the Local Governance programme of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in Rajshahi Division and Sunamganj District, and with IUCN for the Tanguar Haor project of SDC.

Jointly with Swisscontact / KATALYST, Intercooperation developed an initiative for strengthening specific agricultural sub-sectors (value chain) in the greater Rajshahi District.

Under a SDC mandate, Intercooperation coordinates an initiative for poverty and PRS monitoring in the District of Sunamganj, in collaboration with IUCN, World Fish Centre and other institutions. This initiative has linked with the Planning Commission / GED and UNDP.

Intercooperation collaborates with the Char Livelihood Project of DfID for backstopping partner NGOs in the field of strengthening value-chain for the benefit of Char dwellers.

In the frame of SAAKTI project, Intercooperation collaborates with CAB International, which provides backstopping in the frame of knowledge management.

Intercooperation has also collaborative interaction with organisations such as WinRock International, IDE, GTZ, Concern Bangladesh, RDRS, SEDF and CBRMP.
