National and local NGOs
|
Intercooperation has established partnership with a network of 24 local NGOs, mainly implementing field-based projects managed by Intercooperation. The collaboration with these NGOs is based on the share of common values and a trust relationship. Intercooperation's role is to provide necessary support in order to ensure the quality of projects' implementation through a role of institutional strengthening, technical and methodological backstopping and permanent coaching in the field of approaches to development and administrative issues. To those which desire, Intercooperation also provides support partner for developing strategic planning. Intercooperation believes that its partner NGOs are key agents of changes to promote community socio-economic development.

Intercooperation has also established a formal collaboration with PROSHIKA and BRAC for the promotion of quality planting material and the nursery associations, with the aim of providing small and marginal farmers with high yield fruit and timber trees, as well as medicinal plants etc.
